If you are receiving calls from Federal Bond and Collection Service to your cellphone with a robo dialer they may be liable to you under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. (TCPA)
The TCPA makes it illegal to call a cellphone with a predictive dialer. This means that even if a person initiated the call and did not pick up the phone or use some form of manual dialing device to call your cell phone then they have violated the telephone consumer protection act.
Some of the numbers that Federal Bond and Collection Service uses to violate the TCPA are 866-594-8640, 866-594-8641, 866-594-8642, 866-594-8643, 866-594-8644, 866-594-8645, 866-594-8646 and 866-594-8647 by calling cellphone.
